**Conference Porter - Doncaster**

**Location**:Holiday Inn Doncaster A1 (M), Jct.36, High Road, Doncaster, DN4 9UX

**Salary**: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum

**Hours**: 40 hours per week (flexibility is required depending on business needs)

**Job Type**: Full time, permanent

Holiday Inn Doncaster is a modern hotel in the quiet village of Warmsworth, three miles from Doncaster centre. Set in landscaped gardens, this Doncaster hotel is a Yorkshire home from home.

We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, positive and well-organised Conference Porter to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

We are looking for a polite and well-mannered individual who has excellent customer service skills and is able to build strong professional relationships.

**About the role**:

- Assist in all conference and banqueting operations and ensure the smooth and efficient service of events. This includes arranging tables, chairs and replenishing refreshments during conferences
- Ensure that all audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, microphones etc are set-up correctly and are in good working order
- Ensure conference room, meeting rooms and other areas of the building are clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure that all guests are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, in accordance with company standards
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
