**Senior Building Surveyor Role - Bournemouth**

**The company**

Our client is a leading UK consultancy in the construction, property and engineering fields. Formed in 1992, they have an enviable reputation for delivering first class service, which has seen the company grow into a multi-million-pound multi-disciplinary practice.

They have numerous national offices including London and Bournemouth. They are seeking a talented Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in Central Bournemouth. This will be a client facing role, working in an integrated team across various sectors.

**The Senior Building Surveyor Role**:
**Requirements**:

- MRICS/MCIOB 5 - 10 years PQE
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to lead project teams effectively
- Self-motivated, organised, and efficient high achiever

**Location & Flexibility**:

- Bournemouth, Dorset
- Hybrid working model with a mix of in-office and remote work

**Package**:

- Salary: £60 to £70K (dependent on experience)
- Bonus, Pension, Private Healthcare, Gym Membership
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD), Training, and Career Progression
- 25 days Holiday plus Period between Christmas & New Year
