Would you like to join one of the largest providers of communications and IT solutions across the UK as a **Vendor Manager**? Our Head of Cloud is responsible for delivering revenue growth in our Cloud and Modern Workplace solutions. You will develop and execute the go-to-market and product development strategies for the portfolio, ensuring these closely align to our business growth goals. The Head of Cloud is also responsible for managing the Product Management and Pre-sales functions within the Cloud team.

Since being founded in 2001, Daisy delivers solutions and services serving more 2,000 UK businesses across all sectors - with a portfolio spanning Modern Workplace, Connectivity, Unified Communications, Cloud, Cyber Security and Operational Resilience.

**Job Description**:
What you will be doing:

- Defining the go-to-market strategy for our Cloud and Modern Workplace solutions.
- Identifying relevant base whitespace and new logo opportunities.
- Developing marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives with our marketing and sales teams.
- Conducting market research to make data driven, informed decisions about our revenue growth opportunities.
- Creating and delivering sales training and enablement activity.
- Developing value propositions using our portfolio of products and services which address our customers business objectives and challenges.
- Developing new Cloud and Modern Workplace products and services.
- Managing the existing Cloud and Modern Workplace solution portfolios, delivering product and process enhancements. Retiring legacy products from our portfolio.
- Transforming our customers legacy products and services to modern solutions.
- Developing strategic relationships with our key partners.
- Maintaining a concise partner base to drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
- Representing Daisy at customer, partner, industry and press events and activities.
- Hiring, developing, and retaining a strong, motivated team, and embedding a customer driven culture.
- Improving the quality and efficiency of your team’s output.

**Qualifications**:
What do we need from you?
- Experience defining and executing a go-to market strategy, evidencing revenue growth.
- Experience successfully managing and developing your team.
- Experience in Cloud and Modern Workplace solutions relevant to our portfolio and target market.
- Experience In data driven decision making, using KPIs and metrics to measure success.
- Experience working with UK mid-market customers.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and targets as set out by the business.
