(minimum 22.5 to full time 37.5 hours a week)

For a trained practitioner the full-time salary of £26,078 per annum, increasing by annual increments to £27,132 per annum. Actual pay will be prorated, ie 0.6fte (22.5 hours) will be £15,646 and 0.8fte will be £20,862

For a trainee Infant Feeding Practitioner the full-time salary of £24,092 per annum while training (expected to take around 3 months), increasing to the trained practitioner rate on successful completion of training. Actual pay will be prorated, ie 0.6fte will start at £14,455 and 0.8fte will be £19,273, increasing to £19,273 on qualification. Salaries are pending a pay review.

Are you passionate about babies and helping support families with their early baby feeding journeys?

We are seeking an Early Infant Feeding Practitioner to provide excellent infant feeding support to families in Waltham Forest.

With an empathic and caring approach, you will support families with both breastfeeding and bottle-feeding through face-to-face support in hospital settings and through delivery of virtual and face-to-face workshops. You will be able to build and maintain good relationships with our health and infant feeding partners to share our offer to help more local families find out about the service.
