**Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Team Leader**

**Full Time - Permanent (53 Hours per Week)**

Our client is a leading UK provider of highly professional services for the commercial retail and utilities sectors extending to grounds maintenance, winter services, landscaping, and arboricultural works. With over 30 years’ experience, our client delivers high quality services utilising high tech
- support to provide operational visibility to both the company and its clients.

The Company has a history of promotion from within, we will always do our best to retain and develop people with the right attitude and ambition if an opportunity becomes available.

The role is full time starting from home and local depots. Duties will include leading and working as part a 2/3 person team, to deliver services to large nationally known clients including grass mowing, strimming, litter collection, leaf clearance, hedge and shrub pruning to an agreed customer specification. The role will be challenging and rewarding and you will be capable of managing staff to provide the best service possible to all clients.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Full and valid UK driving licence.
- Experience of supervising/ managing a grounds maintenance or landscaping team
- Flexibility to travel.
- Experience in landscaping, gardening and ground’s maintenance.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Be a team player and go above and beyond.
- Open to using new technology
- PA1/ PA6 Pesticide Training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
