This fantastic team are based in Cheadle but once you are up and running in the role, they offer hybrid working with work from home days on a Monday and Friday To top it all off they work a 35-hour working week and even finish early on a Friday
What will you be doing as a 1st Line Support/ Helpdesk Coordinator?
- Answering the phone and speaking to customers regarding usage of the software platform
- Diverting calls where needed if the enquiry requires escalation
- Acting as first point of contact for any general enquiries and fielding calls where necessary
- Logging all queries on the Help Desk
- Keeping the Help Desk/CRM up to date daily
- Receiving and actioning password resets
- Setting up new users
- Managing the data extracts on a weekly basis
- Updating user permissions and settings
- Adhoc tasks as required
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- As the software package you will support is bespoke you will have no previous knowledge of this product so a passion for learning new products and supporting technology is key for this role.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or 1st line Support or First Line support role or similar
- Interested in Technology and IT
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
