'making Progress Room' Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, exceptional individual, to work within our current Pastoral Team to provide high quality leadership and supervision of our internal inclusion room (‘Making Progress Room’) to provide disaffected/vulnerable students with the appropriate support.

The post holder will be responsible for running our withdrawal room and ensuring it has a positive impact on our students. You need to have extremely high expectations to ensure all students achieve to the best of their ability and will need to have experience of working with young people. Prior behaviour management experience is desirable along with an interest in working with students with a wide range of behavioural needs. A caring, flexible and common-sense approach is important.

You will have absolute commitment to wanting the best for children and young people, along with tact, discretion and diplomacy in all interpersonal relationships with parents/carers, students and colleagues at work. You will be self-motivated and have a personal drive to complete tasks to the required timescales and quality standards.
