**General description of your role**:
As House Host, you are the primary point of contact upon their arrival at the Hotel, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maximising revenue opportunities. Your responsibilities involve providing superior service, facilitating room upgrades, enhancing restaurant conversions and recommending items to guests to optimise their stay.

**1. Guest Welcoming and Engagement**:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in process, Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, Foster a hospitable atmosphere, being attentive and responsive to guest needs throughout their stay.

***2. Customer Experience and Assistance**:
Enhance guest satisfaction by offering personalized service and addressing any issues or requests promptly and effectively, Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

**3. Revenue Maximization**:
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue, such as offering room upgrades and promoting additional services or amenities, Encourage and facilitate restaurant conversions by highlighting dining options, making reservations, and recommending menu items to guests.

**4. Sales and Upselling**:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of available room types, upgrades, and package deals to upsell and maximize sales opportunities, Effectively communicate the value of available upgrades or additional services to guests, increasing the overall revenue.

**5. Service Recommendations and Promotion**:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of the hotel's offerings to recommend and promote specific items or services in the restaurant and other facilities, Suggest and market special packages, events, or promotions to enhance the guest experience and generate additional revenue.
