Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list
- Follow a script to introduce the company's products or services and engage customers in conversation
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about products or services
- Record customer details and interactions in the company's software or Salesforce system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to potential customers
- Familiarity with using software or CRM systems, such as Salesforce, for call logging and customer management
- Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
