Highly reputable York based legal practice seeks a property paralegal to join their busy property team in York.

The role involves a significant amount of residential conveyancing work carried out under the supervision of qualified solicitors. Social housing conveyancing work will also be a part of this role together with general support to property lawyers in theYork team.

The job requires good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise work, a meticulous eye for detail, flexibility and the aptitude to work well as part of a team, as well as handle their own caseload.

It is also essential that the job holder has good interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external contacts, and has the ability to deal with matters tactfully and promptly.

Hours are full time Monday to Friday

Salary is negotiable

Essential requirements - legal secretarial/conveyancing experience or a law degree
