**Apprentice Vehicle Finance & Insurance Administrator**
Cars2 are a highly successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire. We have grown extensively in recent years and now represent several the world’s leading motor brands, including Hyundai, SEAT, Nissan, Fiat and Renault.
We now have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to join our Vehicle Finance & Insurance function, based at our Head Office in Wakefield.
The Role of an Apprentice Vehicle Finance & Insurance Administrator:
- To assist with checking daily orders, informing branches of amendments required or completed.
- Spot checking finance cases for correct commission calculations and proposals input regarding VAT split.
- Accurate manual data entry of all deals throughout the group on to Tracker system.
- Daily checks that Reef and Tracker match.
- Compiling of information from Tracker and Reef, production of weekly reports using spread sheets excel and word.
- Checking and setting up of products for deliveries.
- Communicating with staff at all levels and outside agencies finance companies and product representatives.
- Assisting with FCA audits and other audits at all branches on a weekly and monthly basis.

**Entry Requirements**:
- At least 16 years of age
- 5 GCSE’s at grade A* to C (or equivalent) including Maths, English essential. Science and ICT are desirable.
- Must NOT be in full time education or hold a qualification of level 4 or higher
**Remuneration**
- During the first 3 months of your apprenticeship, you will be paid £4.81 per hour.
**_After successfully completing your probation period of 3 months you will move on to a salaried position starting at £10,000 per annum during your first year. This will increase again during your second year. After completing the apprenticeship you will move on to a very competitive pay scale grading programme, which is designed to encourage you to move up the levels, which attracts a rate increase with each move._**
- Working hours: 37.5 hours Monday-Friday. Between the hours of 8am - 6pm (please note that anyone over the age of 18 may be offered the opportunity to work over 40 hours per week).
