**Position Overview**: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include supervising students, ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment, and delivering pre-prepared lessons or materials. This is a rewarding position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey of our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and engaging students in their learning
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere
- Supporting the educational progress of our students
- The organisation of cover work for absent teachers. This will include receiving sick calls from teachers and communicating with outside agencies to arrange supply teachers

**Requirements**:

- A passion for education and a desire to inspire students
- Basic IT, numeracy, language and literacy skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive and patient attitude
