**A day in the life of the Catering Supervisor...**

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Management Team to ensure the delivery of day-to-day operation. Supporting and implementing initiatives and quality standards across the park in all areas of the food operation to facilitate the maximisation of revenue against enhanced visitor experience, service and the delivery standards and cleanliness. We require a Catering Supervisor who demonstrates a positive mental attitude, a determination to succeed, highly motivated, empowering and who have a natural ability to bring the best out in the team. You will need to think outside the box, be able to make quick decisions whilst keeping calm as well as delivering excellent service.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with duty managers to maintain sky-high standards throughout all operations.
- Take charge of shifts and services, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner.
- To be a role model and inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential.
- Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion.
- Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth.
- Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of.
- To ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including food hygiene.

**What You Need to Bring to the Table**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or food and beverage establishment is desirable
- A genuine passion for providing mind-blowing customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and work unaided
