**The Role**

We are currently looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Technology function on a six month fixed-term basis. This role will work closely with members of the Portfolio Delivery and Digital Delivery teams (Portfolio Directors, Programme Managers, Product Directors/Managers,Project Managers and Scrum Masters) to maintain alignment with overall governance processes and add value through analysis and guidance. The role reports through the Technology Portfolio Management Office and therefore acts as a '2-way bridge’ between thedelivery teams and the PMO to support effective governance and delivery.
- Supporting adherence to appropriate governance frameworks and controls
- Supporting and assuring the provision of quality data, reporting, and dashboards
- Providing administrative support such as preparation for stage gates, procurement and purchase order processes, travel arrangements etc
- Co-ordinating and aggregating data and other information to feed into Portfolio governance meetings and processes at the right time

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time, fixed term contract basis with at least two days based in our Southamptonoffice.

**About You**

Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and support us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you’ll also need:

- Experience of working in a project environment in a project analyst role managing controls such as finance, planning, RAID, change and reporting;
- Experience of working collaboratively with a wide range of other business functions;
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, Visio, Powerpoint, Word and Excel;
- Knowledge of document management tools (e.g Sharepoint or Confluence) would be beneficial although not essential;
- Relevant qualifications such as P30 Foundation or Prince 2 Foundation or equivalent would be beneficial.
