**SITE SUPERVISOR ADVERT**

**This role reports to the Contracts Manager and will have responsibility for the day to day running of client’s sites.**

**Key Tasks**
- Liaise with company Contracts Managers to implement programme of works.
- Responsible for ensuring HSE guidelines are followed on site.
- Promote and enforce good site housekeeping.
- Management of site personnel.
- Efficiently manage labour and material resources.
- Liaise with main contractors regarding works co-ordination and site procedures.
- Carry out regular TBT’s.
- Work to agreed schedule, ensuring project is completed on time, to the required company standard.
- Keep all site records up to date e.g. health and safety forms**,** timesheets etc.

**Skills**
- Good Personnel and Management Skills.
- Competent and comfortable working with computer programmes and apps.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to use your own initiative is an important part of this role.
- Must have experience and knowledge of roofing and general building maintenance.
- Health and Safety qualification and/or experience of H&S on site.
- Organised and able to work under pressure and problem solve as required.

A valid UK license is essential for this role as you will enjoy the use of one of a company vehicle.

CSCS card preferred.

Salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
