**Role Summary**:
1 - To build a team of Contract Supports which supports an AGM portfolio to create an efficient and fully utilised team.

2 - To provide leadership to the Contract Support team through motivating and winning commitment from them to improve performance.

3 - To retain the responsibilities of a Contract Support for a number of sites which enable additional Lead duties to be discharged.

4 - Responsibility for Maintenance invoicing on the AGM portfolio.

5 - Accountable for ensuring Extra Works invoicing is completed in a timely manner for each financial month across the AGM portfolio.

6 - Accountable for ensuring the Invoice Pool is cleared and kept up to date across the AGM portfolio, with Supply Partner queries resolved in a timely manner.

7 - Accountable for ensuring client Applications are built, reviewed and issued according to a schedule which is pre-agreed with the internal teams and clients, and act as an escalation point for resolving outstanding Purchase Orders.

8 - Where required, to attend client monthly meetings to review contract finances with Contract Managers and clients.

9 - Become a Champion for: Concept; Dynamics; and WebQuote.

10 - To understand, anticipate and deliver internal and external customer needs whilst building effective relationships, and positively respond to both internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility, while optimising contract performance.

11 - To understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard encouraging best practice. To also provide knowledge and understanding to coach and support others with less experience. Examples are:
a) Performing Dynamics Processes such as raising PO, Billing, and Posting Invoices etc.

b) Maintaining contract KPI spreadsheet & analysis and overall BU KPIs (WIP/Debt/OPO).

c) Raising proper process paperwork and documentations, governing this across the M & E Portfolio.

d) Ensuring that housekeeping in dynamics is kept to high standards through contract support.

e) Ensuring and driving uniformed contract information across M & E Portfolio

f) Adhoc review i.e. PO audit, WIP aging reviews, P&L.

g) Ensuring Contract Review information is accurate.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Education**

A good basic education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent.

Higher educational qualifications to ‘A’ level/HNC/D or degree would be beneficial or equivalent.

**Training**

Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook -intermediate to advance level.
