**Salary**: £33,414 - £35,536

Working for a leading property provider committed to delivering high-quality housing solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of properties.
- Be responsible for managing and overseeing all sites of site operations.
- Leading and managing a team of 10 tradespeople to ensure efficient and effective property maintenance and adaptations.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgets to high quality standards following all health & safety regulations.
- Conducting quality inspections on-site to assess the condition of properties and identify areas for improvement.
- Overseeing adaptation projects and maintenance work to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to property quality and maintenance.
- Background in construction, housing, or related field, with experience in adaptations or maintenance preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise a team of tradespeople.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, contractors, and residents professionally and courteously.
- Ability to work both on-site (75%) and in the office (25%) as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
- Competitive salary range of £33,414 - £35,536 commensurate with experience.
