**Salary**:Up to £65,000

The opportunity to work with one of the best agencies in the UK has cropped up. This is a brand new 12-month contract which will give sometimes a fantastic opportunity and stepping stone to join a top digital agency based in Glasgow City Centre and take their career to the next step. Our client is a multi-award-winning agency that specialises in digital transformation across a range of industries, from travel and leisure to finance.

The agency is renowned for pioneering on large-scale and large-budget projects, working with clients across the globe. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage key client relationships, collaborate with internal teams to exceed expectations, and drive commercial opportunities for existing clients.

**The Role**:
This position plays a crucial role in the effective functioning of the Marketing department. It oversees the day-to-day activities of the team, collaborating closely to ensure successful execution across our client portfolio. The role involves assisting the team in conceptualizing, executing, monitoring, and refining our marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

The chosen Assistant Marketing Director will foster robust connections with each team member and take an active role in nurturing their growth within the workforce. Furthermore, this role will cultivate positive associations with the Business Unit leaders and the broader client services team, working harmoniously to uphold high levels of client contentment and project profitability. The accomplished AMD will also exhibit strong synergy with all other departments within the organization, as needed, to optimize client opportunities and facilitate the accumulation of knowledge within the Marketing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, guide, and inspire the marketing team to achieve exceptional campaign outcomes and performance.
- Drive business profitability by optimizing team utilization, generating relevant reports to track essential KPIs.
- Direct the strategic approach for a cluster of key client leads, collaborating with the team to execute campaigns that align with industry benchmarks.
- Contribute to the formulation of comprehensive marketing plans and budgets.
- Facilitate the establishment of realistic and captivating targets for clients, providing assistance to attain these goals.
- Aid the team in producing consistent and precise reports for monitoring campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure daily logging of the team's activities in the time management system.
- Foster collaboration with internal departments, particularly client services, production, and business development.

**Requirements**:

- Your track record encompasses expertise in all facets of digital marketing, and you can readily showcase the advantages of cohesive campaigns.
- With several years in Digital Marketing, you will also possess innate leadership qualities, boasting a minimum of 2 years' proficiency in overseeing, coaching, and inspiring sizable teams in a top-level leadership role.
- Experience working in an agency/consultancy environment.
- You establish strong rapport with clients and pertinent stakeholders.
- You excel in utilizing top-tier industry tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Google Campaign Manager.
