**Mobile Maintenance Electrician - Pre Planned and Reactive Maintenance - Guildford / Basingstoke - Permanent**

One of the UK's leading multi-disciplined Facilities Management providers are currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician with experience of PPM and Reactive Maintenance to carry out work in and around Guildford / Basingstoke area.
This established company undertakes contracts within various commercial sectors including retail, restaurants, cafés and leisure.
They will provide a sign written company van with fuel card, PPE, Uniform, Tablet and associated tools. The role is offering good rates of pay including lots of overtime available. You will be expected to be on an on-call rota.

As the Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you will have the following skills and experience:

- Electrical PPM and Reactive maintenance
- Fault finding
- Minor electrical repairs and installations
- Previous experience of a similar role working for a maintenance/FM contractor
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently
- Multi-skilled experience is advantageous
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner
- Full Driving Licence is essential.
Qualifications required:

- 18th Edition
- 2391/2394 Testing & Inspection (desirable)
- IPAF (desirable)
- Gold Card (desirable)
