First Choice Recruitment are currently looking for a Gatehouse Administrator to work for our ever-growing client based in the Junction 41 industrial estate, WF2 on a temp - perm basis.
Working Hours:
12hr 1800 - 0600, 4 on 4 off working pattern.
Pay Rate:
£13ph
Job Responsibilities:
- Recording goods in and good out.
- Updating various spreadsheets and data entry as and when required.
- Signing in visitors and completing relevant inductions.
- General Admin such as filing and scanning documents.
- Various duties as and when needed.
What we want from you:
- Previous experience within working in a gatehouse or office role or similar environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills this been over the phone or face to face.
