**HR Business Partner required for our public sector client to work on a hybrid basis for 18 months, We have hybrid working, which is generally 2 days in the office and 3 days at home however the number of days in the office very much depends on serviceneeds.**

**£25.47 PAYE / £32.60 UMB**

**Deliver a professional, proactive and commercially focused service across the Client. Deliver comprehensive and integrated HR consultancy, by providing expert advice, guidance and interventions to enable the business to meet its strategic and corporateobjectives. Create and maintain excellent stakeholder management both internally and externally.**
- Provide a comprehensive HR consultancy service to meet the needs of Client Directorates adhering to an HR culture which is results oriented, customer focused and forward looking. Demonstrate high-level HR Consultancy knowledge, skill and expertise. Contributeas an effective and collaborative member of the HR Consultancy Team and the wider HR Division
- Work with managers to develop a business partnering approach and bespoke employee relations and recruitment resourcing approaches on a range of issues, involving other colleagues to deliver a seamless service, to meet directorate needs and enhance managementcapability. Work closely with line managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and other employee relations matters. Where necessary, liaise with internal and external legal bodies to prepare the client's defence in tribunal proceedings.Advise and assist managers and staff on responses to employee litigation on behalf of the
- Work closely with line managers on specific reorganisation, process migration and redundancy issues. Execute TUPE transfers including due diligence and consultation. Identify wider implications of HR issues, resourcing requirements and risks during thebusiness planning processes
- Provide advice to managers, and staff, in relation to employment law, reward, compensation, grading issues and HR policies, practices and procedures. Research, develop and implement HR best practice and procedures. Facilitate effective implementation andconsistency of the client's HR policies and procedures.
- Use workforce management data developing a proactive, insightful approach of workforce data that embeds the business partnering approach evidencing workforce analysis.
- Champion, promote and demonstrate the client's values in all aspects/areas of the role both within the directorate and across the clients. Support the clients management team in the delivery of its vision and corporate priorities. Demonstrate an outcomedriven approach to work in line with the corporate vision and values
- Champion and support continuous professional development within the team. Foster a culture of innovation and ambition throughout the team, including appropriate levels of accountability and
- Monitor the delivery of own service area against agreed targets, timescales and resources. Ensure appropriate action and interventions are taken to achieve desired
- Attend directorate management meetings to keep ahead of developments requiring HR
- Proactively lead and manage allocated HR projects encompassing management of all associated resources including project team members and budgets, etc to ensure successful completion and
- Advise and assist on the management of change, using the change toolkit and other interventions. Assist in maintaining organisational capability throughout the process of change. Work with managers in planning, scheduling and costing the HR resource requirementsfor
- Work in partnership with business leaders to proactively identify key business drivers and needs, focusing on both the short term and longer term implications/aspects. Identify the key issues, split of responsibility, costs and resource implications includingtime lines, possible outcomes and any associated risks. This will include identifying and recommending any additional professional support outside of HR
- Ensure at all times that objectives and responsibilities are clearly established and all parties remain accountable in the decision making process
- Ensure appropriate record keeping for audit purposes in line with best practice, organisational and data protection requirements

**Will need: sound experience of managing complex organisational change/ restructures, ideally within a comparable sector; sound knowledge of employment law; to be able to successfully build and maintain strong working relationships with managers atall levels, trade unions and employees; have a flexible attitude to work; excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills.**
