**Elevator Pitch**

We are hiring for a Regional Security Administrator to work for one of our prestigious clients, at their Headquarters in Uxbridge.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the EMEA Regional Security Team, providing Administrative Support, Access support and first line security incident management response.

**You will report to the Regional Security Manager.**

**You will be working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)**
- The effective operation of physical security systems across the client’s portfolio to ensure legal compliance and support to users.
- The development and ability to follow ways of working that will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team and their internal customers.
- Work with the Regional Security Manager to ensure all relevant tasks and communication have been achieved.
- Manage mobile alarm call outs and additional work requests.
- Respond to all customer requests with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ensure that all systems/database are updated in a timely and accurate manner.
- Answer all calls promptly and courteously within given service levels and processes.
- To provide accurate incident recording and reporting with a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate with key customer stake holders, providing relevant and high level detail.
- Liaise as required with service partners to ensure high levels of compliant service delivery.
- Provide and support administration to the Xerox EMEA Security Team

**Job Requirements**
- **Demonstrate supervisory experience working with IT systems, associated tasks and the use of technology to achieve efficient results.**:

- **Ability to work independently and unsupervised, have the confidence and ability to take responsibility for making effective decisions.**:

- **Have a basic understanding and some experience, of projects and project management.**:

- **High level of proficiency with MS365, particularly Teams, PowerPoint & Excel, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.**:

- **Positive and dynamic attitude.**:

- **Problem-solving skills and decision-making capability.**:

- **Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and workflows.**:

- **The ability to step in as Regional Security Manager when needed after development.**:

- **Fluidity to adapt between working on their own and as a team.**:

- **Right to work in the UK with a full 5-year check able history**:

- **Excellent customer service skills with proven customer service experience.**:

- **Professional in appearance and attitude**:

- **Demonstrate a high level of integrity whilst dealing with sensitive and confidential situations.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,080.00 per year
