Due to continued success, we are looking for a Digital Construction Coordinator to support the implementation and delivery of both Information Management and Digital Technology processes on one of our large secure projects.

**You will**:

- Support the development of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) during both the pre-appointment and post-appointment stages, including their supporting documentation
- Support the implementation of the Skanska Information Management Workbook (IMWb)
- Support consultants and supply chain by ensuring compliance of delivery against the production, methods and procedures defined within the BEP
- Working with the Digital Construction Manager, support the deployment of project information technologies in accordance with the BEP and supporting documentation
- Mobilise project information and digital technologies in accordance with the BEP and supporting documentation
- Provide training and support to both internal and external project teams in accordance with the project mobilisation plan
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of COBie at each information exchange in compliance with the project Asset Information Requirement (AIR)
- Collaborate with the project Information Controller to ensure compliance with the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Track and report against key project KPIs set by the Head of Digital Transformation and the project team to measure the effectiveness of digital technologies and project controls
- Troubleshoot and offer technical support to individuals on site with relation to information and digital technologies

**We’re looking for**:

- Strong knowledge of the UK BIM framework: ISO 19650 and BS 1192 suite of standards
- Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services or an appropriate qualification
- Demonstrable experience in the delivery of Information Management, particularly asset data (COBie) and IFC delivery
- Highly skilled in using Autodesk suite of products and other software’s such as Solibri, Revizto and site-based tools such as progress monitoring and field management
- Existing experience working with Office suite including PowerBI and Microsoft 365 is ideal
- Good influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to both lead and work as part of a team
