**Hours: 42.5 hours per week**

**Key Purpose of Role**:
**The Person**:
The person in this role must be organised and efficient; able to manage their time and workload to meet project deadlines. Excellent verbal and report writing skills are essential, and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences, including holding meetings and workshops. The person will have knowledge and experience in carrying out sustainability assessments and have a depth of knowledge in planning strategy, as well as energy and sustainability statements. The person must have an understanding of (and ideally experience in) circular economy principles, life cycle assessment, net zero standards and other environmental methodologies.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the BREEAM AP and take steps to action recommendations/requirements accordingly
- Review trackers, report and checklists relating to BREEAM
- Assist in the compilation and presentation of BREEAM evidence
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure a good working relationship is built and maintained
- Hold meetings and workshops, as required
- Administrative duties associated with the role

**Essential**:

- Graduate level qualification
- Minimum of three years experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of:

- Sustainability assessments
- Planning strategy
- Energy and sustainability statements
- Circular economy principles, life cycle assessment, net zero standards and other environmental methodologies
- Highly organised, efficient and self-driven
- Have a thorough working knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office products

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working on BREEAM certified projects
- Experience in circular economy principles, life cycle assessment, net zero standards and/or other environmental methodologies

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
