We are looking for an outstanding Senior Pricing Analyst with a passion to make a difference and add value for all our customers. You will join our progressive team and support us with our continued growth and business objectives.

This role sits within the Personal division which comprises Household, Let Property & Motor and is responsible for the pricing analysis and model development of the Home Insurance product

You will support the analysis, model build and development for the Household Insurance Products within Geo Underwriting, contributing to the profitability of the MGA by delivering revenue targets whilst protecting capacity providers financial results throughadvanced and predictive pricing models.

This is a **National home-based role**, open to applicants in the UK.

**Key Role Accountabilities**:
To contribute to the development of the businesses planned objectives for Household Insurance in line with the vision and long-term goals of the company, supporting the overall Personal Lines business plan and strategy. Support the development, build andmaintenance of market leading pricing models including their continual refinement and improvement via predictive modelling, machine learning, strong model monitoring and automation.

Working closely with Underwriting on risk appetite, product development and innovation to ensure that pricing models have the appropriate level of underwriting input before deploying into live environments

Support the build of effective tracking, monitoring and reporting frameworks with ongoing responsibility for its upkeep, accuracy and consistency of use and support the development of visualisation / reporting tools using predictive techniques to optimisethe value gleaned from the data available. Monitor performance against agreed targets, identifying opportunities and risks when KPI’s are adverse or favourable to target. Having a finger on the pulse of any emerging data and pricing techniques throughout themarket

A strong communicator to effectively build trusting relationships by understanding and meeting expectations of key internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to embrace change and drive new solutions and innovation within a team environment byconsidering wider options.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Core technical skills, knowledge and experience required**
- STEM graduate with strong numerical aptitude
- Minimum of 3 years work experience within personal or commercial lines pricing or similar (Household pricing experience a distinct advantage)
- Good knowledge of the UK Household Insurance market
- Experience building and analyzing various sources of data to drive recommendations
- Ability to build and explain predictive models such as GLM, GBM and other machine learning techniques
- Experience using Willis Towers Watson pricing software, including Emblem and Radar, is preferred
- Experience building a wide range of data visualizations and ability to draw appropriate conclusions, articulate key messages and tell a story

**Additional key skills required**
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Critical thinking and ability to process a range of views to form well-rounded opinions and plans

**IT Skills Required**
- Willis Towers Watson software - Experience using Emblem and Radar is preferred
- Programming - Proficiency in some of the following: SQL (preferred), SAS, R, Python, VBA or similar
- Visualization Tools - Experience using software such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik is preferred
