Our retail stores are responsible for ensuring all of our customers receive a premium shopping experience

A Sales Associates key focus is delivering sales. Working as part of a team they contribute towards delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers through providing a friendly and efficient level of customer service, making our customers feel welcome and at ease whilst shopping in the store

They are happy to interact with customers demonstrate our products where required and use their product knowledge to drive and achieve store sales targets
