Over the last 13 years, Cox Powertrain have been on a mission to deliver a revolutionary new concept in ultra-lightweight diesel engines with their market revolutionising CXO300. Since 2007, Cox has successfully raised over £120 million of private investment, to bring the outboard from a dream to a reality. Having begun production in May 2020, the CXO300 is becoming hugely popular in the market and demand is on the rise.

**2. KEY **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for ensuring duties are performed safely and in accordance with all regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
- Responsible for the unsupervised completion of warehouse operations, maintaining throughput, safety and transactional accuracy across the shift in alignment with our tiered daily management metrics which will include Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Environment (SQCDPE).
- Responsible for ensuring physical and transactional accuracy in each and every stock movement.
- Responsible for cross training across all disciplines in the warehouse environment, personally and in the support of other team members, to enable a fully flexible work force. Disciplines will include but are not limited to goods inwards, picking, packing, despatch, raising relevant documentation, use of lifting equipment, cycle counting and line feeding.
- Responsible for understanding and accurately following standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly appearance in the workplace using the workwear provided.
- Responsible for supporting continuous improvement and problem resolution activities if required.
- Responsible for the daily completion of TPM and 5S activities.
- Responsible for ensuring physical and transactional accuracy in all stock movements
- Responsible for being consistently punctual and ready for the start of the shift.

**4. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**4.1 NECESSARY**

- Basic math, reading, computer and communication skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and thoroughly

**4.2 ADVANTAGEOUS**
- Lean six sigma yellow belt a plus but not essential.
- Automotive or marine manufacturing experience a plus.
- 3+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment
- Trained/qualified in the use of forklifts and other warehouse lift equipment
