This casual, high-end concept Modern Bistro presents a refined sharing concept with a "homey" cuisine inspired by European/Mediterranean styles. **About the Role**:
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in the front-of-house team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service in the inviting ambiance of our casual high-end restaurant. The vision is to establish a neighbourhood restaurant with a focus on quality, offering a menu inspired by European and Mediterranean flavours. You will be managing the daily service, ensuring the highest quality experiences for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement the refined sharing concept and "homey" cuisine.
- Contribute to the vision of the restaurant becoming a neighbourhood favourite.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end dining environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role.
- Passion for European and Mediterranean cuisine, with a commitment to quality service.
- Friendly and engaging personality, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and progressive restaurant setting.

**Must have the right to work in the UK.**
