**This Role**

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Content Producer to join our team.

This is a exciting, newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll lead our team of content producers to create compelling video content to sell our innovative products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning & delivering powerful, engaging video content that sells
- Deputising for the Head of Content when they are unavailable
- Overseeing the planning of all elements of location and studio shoots
- Directing shoots on location and in the studio
- Overseeing the location and talent booking process
- Reviewing and giving feedback on content
- Keeping up with the latest social trends to ensure we are delivering content that connects with our customers wherever they see it

You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:

- Strong communication, people and leadership skills
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- You will have multiple years’ experience working with the Adobe suite
- You will have some experience in leading a team in a creative environment
- Experience of both content production and post production workflows
- Experience producing content for paid social advertising would be advantageous
