Night Warehouse Supervisor - Filton, Bristol

Resolve Recruitment are working alongside a well-established Delivery Company in Bristol, who are looking for a Night Supervisor to join their Despatch Team on a temp - perm basis.

The Role
- Ensuring that all vehicles are prepared correctly
- All mail is despatched within the agreed timescale and running at optimal level
- Act as a point of contact for all Driver
- Reporting directly to the Hub Manager
- Maintain records review documents prepared by the team
- Be responsible for H & S compliance
- Assist in the recruitment process of your team
- Conduct inductions and training when needed
- Hold monthly meetings and provide agendas and minutes
- 1 years managing experience
- Good level and understanding of English
- Qualified to operate a Forklift desirable
- Experience of working in a 24/7 operation

**Benefits**:

- £26,418.88 salary
- 00:00 - 0800 (40 hours per week)
