You will be an experienced **Head of PR**, driving the success of the PR Department, you will be the first point of contact, managing the PR Team, ensuring the team's effectiveness and efficiency and developing PR strategies, and providing supportto the sales team by identifying new opportunities and helping to price them.
You will provide thought leadership both internally and client-facing, identifying opportunities for growth.
You will have experience leading a team. Be a strategic thinker, with fantastic planning skills keeping ahead of Industry trends and have the ability to work under pressure.
You will be joining a marketing agency who have been established for over 15 years specialising in the gaming sector, who provide a full suite of marketing solutions from PR and Events to social media and content creation. The company are a global businesswho are going through a period of rapid expansion so you would be joining at a very exciting time.
The business has an office in Cambridge however, there is no expectation for you to go into the office so this role is perfect if you wanted to **work full time remote and work flexible hours** - based on a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday.
**What we need from you**:

- Background within a Marketing/PR Agency or Inhouse PR within a Gaming company
- Experience within the gaming or tech industry
- At least 5 years experience delivering B2B PR and Comms Projects
- Strong leadership skills - leading and mentoring members of the team
- Great understanding of PR Concepts and best practices
- Confident and comfortable with public speaking
- Fantastic planning and delegation skills
- To have great understanding of current communication techniques
- Excellent relationship-building / interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High organisational skills and ability to be able to work to tight deadlines
- Highly Analytical
- High attention to detail
