**WHAT TO EXPECT**

We are looking for someone who will be passionate about ensuring that our electric vehicle charging systems and features are delivered early to the market, work everywhere, and every time. That is what Modern Luxury means to the Charging System V&V Team.

These systems are deployed across our full range of electrified products, including those that are to be launched as part of the most radical and exciting period in the company's history.

We are part of the EV Charging Group at JLR, in the Propulsion Engineering Domain.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Senior Manager for Charging Systems Delivery, the key accountabilities & responsibilities for this role are:

- Defining the software, hardware, and system validation & verification (V&V) strategy for the Charging Group
- Enabling as much of the V&V to be completed as early in the incremental product delivery process as possible, including HiL, SiL, MiL and digital product twins
- Defining the tools, equipment, skills and processes we need to ensure consistency in approach to V&V in the Charging Group
- Ensuring that all of the above aligns with and are developed in conjunction with our peers from across Propulsion Engineering and the wider Product Engineering community

Supporting the delivery of V&V as a service to the Agile product squads in which our teams are assigned.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Hands-on experience of test methodologies relevant to high voltage power electronics in the e-mobility sector (including automotive, aerospace, motorsport)
- Detailed knowledge of MiL/SiL/HiL testing
- Understanding of data analytics/data mining tools and techniques
- Ability to work with mínimal direction/input
- Tenacity, and eagerness to remove waste/in-efficiencies through manual intervention
