We currently have a vacancy for two Subscription Coordinators to be based in either our London or Peterborough office.

**Please note that this is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity**

What you’ll do: Main responsibilities
- Cisco subscription opportunity and renewal management.
- Identification and qualification of EA and upsell opportunities.
- Auto-renewal and change management support.
- Engage with CDW Cisco Business Development Managers to identify subscription upsell opportunities.
- Engage CDW Customer Success Managers to understand customer software strategy.
- Alignment of other resources along the business process flow where appropriate, such as Cisco EA Specialists, Renewals Specialists, and Solutions Specialists, supporting the proactive reporting against opportunity creation, close rate and EA base.
- Comprehensive understanding of future billings and subscription overages through platform management.
- Support Cisco invoice management process (Overages, auto renewals, modifications).
- Contribution to the development of CX training and playbooks.
- Post-sales administrative activities such as order management & CSH case management.

Must have:

- Experience within a sales / post sales administration role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional and energetic.
- Methodical and logical approach.
- Great attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

- Previous experience/exposure to Cisco subscription models and/or Enterprise Agreements (or similar from other vendors such as Microsoft) would be beneficial.
