**Job Overview**
- Working closely with the Building Fabric Engineer, as a key member of the team.
- Works to own initiative and/or as required to work within the Maintenance Team
- To be able to lead and manage small packages of work.

**Main Duties**
- Landscaping of site grounds during summer season including mowing hedge trimming and strimming.
- Complete enhanced gritting to support Mitie Landscapes on an adhoc delivery.
- Complete PAT for items identified on site.
- Complete L8 water temperature checks on a monthly basis.
- Complete CSO training and assist with Technical CSO
- Carry out portering duties for the site client
- Liaise with other team members in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Maintain a knowledge of current issues related to general Infastructure and Site Requirements
- Support Building Fabric Engineer in delivering Small Works
- Participate in effective presentations to clients and peer groups
- Contribute to the development of the Mitie Contract Team as required
- Ensure quality of delivery.
- Undertake all actions identified/requested
- Take a flexible approach to the delivery of all requirements on site
- Communicate with the departmental management to ensure that resource requirements are clearly understood
- Participate in knowledge sharing across team and locations
- Become SIA badge holder to support emergency Security Operations
