An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced educational professional to join our SEMH schools as Deputy Headteacher. Our schools are dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with Social, Emotional,and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and operate across 2 sites.
We are looking for an individual who operates in a person-centred approach, with a strong belief in making a positive impact on the lives of young people and strong leadership experience. As DeputyHeadteacher, you will play a key role in supporting the Headteacherin the day-to-day running of the school, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of school policies and procedures. **Key responsibilities include**:

- Supporting the Headteacher in the strategic direction and leadership of the school
- Playing a key role in the development and implementation of school policies and initiative
- Providing inspirational and effective leadership to a designated area of responsibility within the school
- Managing, motivating and developing a team of teachers and support staff
- Ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained and improved upon
- Building strong relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community
- Being a visible and approachable member of the school leadership team
