Labour 24/7 are an employment business acting on behalf of our Bury based client who due to increased business are recruiting for Factory Labourer Machine Cleaners to join their time on a full time basis.

Immediate Starts Available

3 shift rotating pattern 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am

39 hour working week.

You will be working as an operative to assist in the cleaning of printing machine equipment.

You will be cleaning the cartridges and print plates after use ready for the next batch of printing to be operated on the machine.

Inserting the cleaned print plates and cartridges into the machines.

Working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team ensuring all machine cleans and preparation for the next job are completed in the fastest and most efficient time.

Duties include the preparation of the next job to go into the press ensuring all the correct tooling is ready.

Delivering the tooling to the print machine and swapping for the tooling from the previous job. The dirty tooling will need to be disassembled cleaned and got ready for the next job.

Starting wage will be £11.44 per hour. Wage will increase to £12.44 per when you have completed probationary period. Added shift allowance of £12 per shift when you are on nights.

This is a temporary position leading to permanent when you have completed satisfactory probationary period.
