**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide an accurate and efficient HR administration service
- Assist with recruitment requirements
- Assist with arranging internal and external training
- Update Cascade (HR database) and Stores list with training records
- Ensure training administration is complete, i.e., attendance sheets, internal certificates, feedback forms and filed correctly
- To assist with the administration aspect of the onboarding process
- Monitor absence and ensure Return to Work interviews are conducted in a timely manner
- Arrange Occupational Health appointments for all employees when required
- Assist with CSR & Charity events
- Arrange and co-ordinate travel requests
- General administration duties including incoming / outgoing post, updating the swipe board
- Complete expenses for monthly credit card statement
- Responsible for reviewing monthly / weekly reports, i.e., probation reports, late reports
- Run daily absence report ensuring records are updated accurately and any trends / patterns are reported to the HR Advisor
- Monitor the HR mailbox
- To complete any other duties deemed necessary by the HR Advisor

**Qualification and Experience**

Strong administration experience (preferably within an HR setting)
