**The Role**
Offering extraordinary scope and potential, reporting to the Group COO, responsible for: developing and implementing an operational strategy that puts the customer at the forefront of everything they do, introduces new service offerings, increases levels of customer service, increases the capability of a large team of employed and subcontract engineers, whilst ensuring realistic cost and performance objectives are met.

Key tasks will include: growing the employed and subcontract engineering teams, introducing technological, structural and cultural change within a traditional multi-site service and maintenance business, changing outmoded ways of thinking, encouraging open communication, engagement and initiative and leading a specialist team in the pursuit of greater performance and customer satisfaction.

**The Person**
- Experienced in leading and motivating mobile engineering teams - ideally consumer markets
- Obsessive about delivering industry leading levels of customer service
- A strategic thinker, excellent communicator, an enthusiastic crusader for change, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
- A track record of creating lean and customer focused service operations
- Personal credibility, vision, drive and enthusiasm
