We have an exciting new vacancy for a typesetter/artworker/customer sales representative in our Battersea studio (London SW11).

**About Us**

We are a leading luxury printer, specialising in bespoke printing of wedding, personal and business stationery, using various printing processes such as the skilled art of engraving, die stamping, foiling, embossing, gilding, digital printing and lithography through our onsite print team.

If you are passionate about traditional print/typography and graphic design, and are looking for an opportunity that is varied and enables interaction with customers and all parts of the process, this role may be for you.

As a design and print specialist, you will be liaising with our customers and our print team, advising and working together on their bespoke projects.

**The Role involves**:

- **Graphic Design**:Utilising Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) expertise to assist customers in conceptualising and refining their traditional and digital print requirements.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Oversee customer orders from inception to completion, ensuring the design, print and packaging is completed working our print and finishing staff.
- **Customer Interaction**:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, offering guidance on design and printing options, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their experience.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Must be proficient in creating print-ready artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Ability to work to a house style from templates and adjust provided artwork to ensure suitability for print (as well as a flair for creating designs from scratch)
- Must be comfortable with other basic business software programs (Microsoft)
- An interest - or preferably a passion - for traditional print techniques
- Accurate typographic and layout skills with an eye for detail
- Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time, whilst working closely with clients
- Able to process feedback and make changes to artwork as specified by clients and sales staff
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
