South West Advanced Driver Training Ltd (originally Richard’s School of Motoring) was founded in 2014 by Richard. He is an ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) and has previously worked for AA and BSM (British School of Motoring). Since setting up his own school Richard has undertaken many additional advanced driving qualifications, including RoSPA Gold, Diamond Elite and AA Advanced Diploma. He’s taught countless students to drive and got them over the finish line to pass their test as well as building a team of fantastic instructors, some of which have been taught by him.
Today SW-ADT not only offers driving lessons but also many other services such as taxi training, fleet training & management, intensive courses and much more. We cover Newton Abbot, Teignbridge, Torbay, Kingsbridge, Totnes & South Hams but we are looking to expand to cover Plymouth, Exeter and and more.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an ADI to join our team at SW-ADT as an employed driving instructor. Take away the stress of managing your own diary and finding your own students, we can do this for you and you'll have the reassurance of being guaranteed a monthly income.

**Salary**:
£15 per hour gross plus £6 per hour car allowance (£30,000 + car allowance pro-rata). Car allowance is to cover wear and tear and fuel.
Employees are expected to adhere to the employee handbook. You will need to sign an exclusivity agreement meaning you will not be able to conduct driving lessons outside of the business, either for yourself or someone else. Other areas of driver training are permitted such as fleet training and speed awareness courses. You will be required to maintain and keep up your ADI registration.
Training package opportunities with no experience also available for the right person.

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
**Salary**: £15.00-£21.00 per hour
