Saturday Telephonist

Cotswold Cheltenham is looking for a Saturday Telephonist.

**Your role**

As a Saturday Telephonist, you will be focused on ensuring that each customer phone call is dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer care is reached.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and distributing inbound calls.
- Ensure customer online leads are acknowledged, logged and passed to the correct departments.
- Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure all customer enquiries are answered.
- Ensuring full, clear communication with customers to understand their needs.

Working hours: 8.5 hours per week, 8am - 5pm (with a 30-minute lunch break) on Saturday.
