The Supply Chain Manager will lead the delivery of the regional supply chain strategiesensuring objectives are achieved, leading on division development, deliver monthly reports, manage subcontractor performance and adhere to company safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) policies and strategies.

Key responsibilities

Deliver strategies to better engage with supply chain to achieve positive outcomes

Actively promote the business and be able to articulate the company’s strategy and target market

Identify new and existing subcontractors suitable for bidding and delivering projects

Prepare business proposals to improve supply chain management

Admin management of subcontractors

Provide guidance and support as necessary to minimise supply chain disputes

Build and maintain relationships with key supply chain members

Lead divisional and regional initiatives for the central region

Define, implement, monitor and develop performance improvement from supply chain KPIs

Experience & attributes required:
Social housing background preferred

Strong supply chain reporting and MI experience

Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels

Objective and target driven - experience of having achieved key business targets

Ability to translate and articulate supply chain objectives to a non-technical audience

Experience in driving adherence with and managing Health & Safety, quality and environmental policies throughout the supply chain

Experience in developing a viable supply chain whilst ensuring operational excellence

**Hours**: Full time Mon - Fri
