We are looking for a Cash Analyst for our Property & Asset Management business line based in Norwich.
To be responsible for the management of cash movement across client bank accounts adhering to reconciliation schedules and client money rules in accordance with RICS Members’ Accounts Rules (MAR)
**Job Description**:
What this job involves
Accurate reconciliation of all client money bank accounts held according to the completion schedule in accordance with the RICS MAR.
Ensure that all transfer requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with current process & procedure documentation
Stakeholder Management - collaborating with teams for problem solving and reporting back findings
Supporting the Management team and Control & Insights manager in the improvement of internal processes
Support the Client Account’s processing activities
Manage and resolve all stakeholder bank related queries

Able to diarise and follow up issues that require further action / attention
Customer focused with a commitment to provide outstanding client service
Thorough with great attention to detail
Flexibility over working hours particularly around peak periods
Knowledge of, cashiering, bank reconciliation and ideally client accounting and client money rules
Minimum GCSE Level education including Maths and English
**Formal qualification**: AAT or equivalent an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Previous employment in the banking sector advantageous
