**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and take their orders promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food preparation or ingredients
- Ensure accurate order taking and relay orders to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Monitor tables and promptly address any issues or requests from guests
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers or promotions
- Process guest payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food orders

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
