We have an exciting opportunity becoming available in our Lettings New Business Team, based in Stockport Head Office. As the New Business Administrator, you will be working in partnership with our Business Development team to onboard our clients onto one of our Lettings/Management packages.

You will be the first point of contact for all potential new clients and so you must exude confidence, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be extremely customer focused, have impeccable organisation skills and possess the ability to really listen and ask the right questions as part of the fact finding exercise. **Experience in Property, ideally Lettings, is preferred.**

This is a very busy role, where you will work closely with Lettings and Property Management to handover new clients and their properties, ensuring a smooth transition from A to B. As part of the role, you will also be put through your ARLA qualifications to support your own development.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Liaise with team members throughout Auction and Estates to maximise lettings opportunities and ensure the best outcome for clients
- Fact finding to understand the clients needs and suggesting the correct service levels and fees based on their individual requirements
- Ensuring each property is fully compliant with current legislation and that you have the legally required proofs
- Booking valuations and marketing appointments
- Contract negotiation and preparation
- Advertising all properties on the portals and our website
- Maintaining databases to ensure property and landlord status are always up to date and accurate
