**Job Purpose**
Your role will be to document the end-to-end processes for a new service-led project and work with the relevant internal AkzoNobel functions to have these processes approved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Become familiar with the end-to-end process & delivery of the service proposition.
- Work alongside internal colleagues to notate the step-by-step processes for approval.
- Liaise with our internal legal team and other technical teams to approve these processes.
- Work alongside the Project Manager to capture & notate the learnings & improvements once the service is live.

**Job Requirements**
- Ideally Degree qualified.
- Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good at building relationships
- Committed to provide excellent customer service.
