Monday to Friday. Days Based Role
Process Engineer position available within a global manufacturer who are well established and market leading in their industry. They are a fantastic employer and they offer the opportunity of a varied role with ongoing support and development/progressionopportunities.
The role would suit graduates with ANY engineering, manufacturing or technical related background. Engineers who have previous exposure or experience of working within a heavy manufacturing or metals environment will have a considerable advantage. Processengineers who have a metallurgical background are encouraged to apply. You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of making process improvements on manufacturing machinery and implementing LEAN techniques where possible.
This is a varied role where you will take a lead on the monitoring and analysis of machine performance to optimize performance and reduce waste/scrap and reduce costs. You will introduce streamlining processes across the foundry through all manufacturingstages. You will contribute to machine upgrades and modifications of cycles and evaluate/report on the impact on machine performance. As part of your role, it will be your responsibility to maintain and update all process related documentation. Within thisrole you will work closely with the quality department to resolve any internal or customer related issues.

Process Engineer Role:
*Monitoring and analysing machine performance to increase productivity/reduce scrap
*Streamlining processes across the foundry at all manufacturing stages
*Contribution to machinery upgrades and modifications
*Analysis of and reporting upon the effectiveness of process changes
*Maintenance and updating of all process related documentation
*Working closely with the quality department to resolve any internal or customer technical issues
*Monday to Friday. DAYS
Process Engineer:
*Would suit Process Engineers from ANY heavy foundry, metals or metallurgical background.
*Will ideally be degree educated or equivalent
