- Helpdesk Apprentice role provides entry level scheme for people with limited experience to move into IT support.
- The Apprentice role will receive training on general business skills:

- Customer service skills
- IT Support methodology and systems
- Document writing/management
- Database queries
- Application development lifecycle overview
- Sales overview
- Project delivery overview
- Upon successful completion of the 12-18 month scheme then the Apprentice will be moved in to a Junior Analyst role with the aim to move to a full Analyst role within the next 12-18 months.
- 100% office based to begin then moving to a hybrid model (60% office and 40% office based), potential for limited travel to customer sites
- Standard office hours for first 12-18 months then moving to covering support hours between 8am and 10pm on a rota basis

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participating in the apprenticeship scheme:

- Working to the required standards of the inspHire support team
- Completing all training offered and implementing the learning into real support activities
- Completing successfully all temporary placements within other areas of the inspHire business e.g. Sales, Projects, Development, etc.
- Working on any projects or other development activities to learn new skills, ready to move into a Junior Analyst role.
- As a Junior Analyst your responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to:

- Deliver a first-class service to our customers
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
- Provision of high-quality updates to customers on a regular basis.
- Correctly set the customers’ expectations.
- Deliver on promises
- Take personal responsibility for every case, ensuring a proactive approach to resolution is taken and ensure all parties are kept updated
- Proactive management of assigned cases
- Maintain excellent quality of cases with detailed notes
- Always display a positive and can-do attitude
- Identify solutions and preventative measures to improve the customer’s experience
- Ensure all cases are progressed in line with InspHire SLA/SLO’s.
- Team Working: Proactively share knowledge, help during times of leave/absence, and share service improvement opportunities.
- Be curious to change, evolve and develop in ways that help us better serve our customers.

- Some IT skills with demonstrable experience
