Financial Sales Consultant

Our client is a vibrant and fast-growing company working closely with some of the largest names in Financial Advice. Through growth they have an opportunity for Financial Sales Consultants to join their expanding team. Combining cutting edge online marketing and technology with human interaction, they seamlessly inform and connect consumers with the best financial advisors in the country. They are fast approaching their 10-year anniversary after growing from a new business into a market leader

As a Financial Sales Consultant you will have responsibility and undertake inbound and outbound calls, having quality conversations with consumers, leading to them being placed directly with our financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound warm calls to consumers
- Receiving inbound calls
- Providing solutions in line with consumer objectives
- Updating the CRM accurately and consistently
- Adhering to Ofcom standards and TCF
- Provide fair and reasonable outcomes for all consumers and clients
- Ensure all information referred externally is accurate and professionally annotated
- Achieve all KPI benchmarks

Experience/Qualifications/Skills
- Sales or telephone experience and success in a targeted B2C environment would be desirable
- Ability to use initiative to overcome objections
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally, empathise, question and influence people
- Effective time management
- Ambition to produce quality over quantity
- Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal skills, and communication skills

22,000 - 23,000 (OTE 30,000)

Opportunities for development including professional qualifications

25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays

Hours are a mix of 3 early shifts 9am - 5:30pm and two later shifts 10am - 6:30pm in a week (4pm finish on a Friday)
