Bookkeeper

Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a part time opportunity if so then we would love to hear from you?

Lusona are currently recruiting for our client based in North Lanarkshire ( Airdrie) for a self-motivated individual to run the day-to-day finances. Based on site within their office as part of a small, committed management team. This is a part-time roleand they are flexible on agreeing hours that suit but ideally, 3 days per week would be perfect but can be negotiable.

Duties will include:

- Day-to-day book-keeping including Invoicing, reconciliations to the bank, credit card and supplier statements.
- Preparing monthly payroll for the payroll provider
- Working with external accountants to produce annual reports
- Recording all financial transactions onto Xero Accounting
- Ad hoc finance administration

**Experience**:

- _Experience in reporting on Excel_
- Good overall Windows environment skills inclusive of Microsoft Office package
- Previous experience of using accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong experience of bookkeeping
